The Philosophy

REPS DON'T MAKE YOU BETTER. RIGHT REPS DO.

My handle started in my basement. Hundreds of hours grinding YouTube drills, testing everything I could find, just spending time with the ball — building volume, building feel. That foundation mattered. But for a long time I still couldn't put it together when it actually counted. I could drill all day, but under real pressure, against real defenders, the handle broke down.

That changed when I stopped just accumulating reps and started training intentionally. I spent years developing a real philosophy around how handles are actually built — not just through volume, but through the right kind of challenge at the right speed, building qualities that transfer. The result was a handle that held up in games, under pressure, in live settings. That handle is what got me recruited to play college basketball as a pure point guard.

This program is built from everything I learned.

Program Breakdown

WHAT'S INSIDE

01

Playing Low / Smooth

Build the foundation of a real handle — learning to stay low, stay smooth, and develop feel before speed. Every elite handle starts here.

02

Ball Manipulation / Cuff

Develop true hand-to-ball connection. Cuff work and manipulation drills build the finger strength and touch that separates handlers from dribblers.

03

Keep Ball Up With Body Speed

Train your handle to stay tight when your body is moving fast. This is where most players lose the ball — you'll learn to maintain control at full speed.

04

Pace

Elite handles aren't just fast — they're controlled. This session trains you to change speeds, weaponize hesitation, and keep defenders guessing.

05

Pure Control

Refine precision and consistency. When the handle is pure, you stop thinking about the ball and start reading the defense.

06

Unconscious Dribbling

Push reps until the handle becomes automatic. The goal here is to make the ball an extension of your hand — no thought, just reaction.

07

Pressure Handling

The final test — handling under simulated defensive pressure. This is what the whole cycle builds toward: a handle that holds up when it has to.

Is This For You?

THIS PROGRAM IS BUILT FOR

Guards and wings who want to be a real threat off the dribble, not just catch-and-shoot players
Players whose handle breaks down under pressure or when they speed up
Athletes doing random dribbling drills with no progression or purpose behind them
Anyone who wants to attack gaps, create for themselves, and be harder to guard
Players willing to do the reps — this program only works if you put in the work

WHAT ATHLETES ARE SAYING

"Been here since Day 1, and honestly, it is the best program I have ever tried. Not only did I see instant improvement after one practice, but I have seen improvement in actual games. I have earned a starting spot on the team with the help of these workouts."

Athlete · Earned Starting Spot

"This ball-handling program is actually elite. Every level is structured to attack your weaknesses so you can build from them. Whether it's handling under pressure, playing low, using your weak hand, or moving at full speed — the drills are creative, challenging, and game-like, not just cone work. I'm smoother, quicker, and more unpredictable in 1v1s. Your program really helped me out of a slump."

ReA · Smoother, Quicker, More Unpredictable

"Over 2 weeks I could really feel my handle getting better, especially with the ball manipulation and handle speed. I used to always lose the ball when changing direction at full speed. Now I really don't get that anymore and I feel way more confident with my handle."

Athlete · 2 Weeks In

"Over the past 10 days this program has helped me drastically. Before I saw your videos I wouldn't stop losing the ball and couldn't do any cuff manipulation. The 30-40% rule made me rarely drop the ball in game. When I stayed consistent with the drills I started handling the ball way better when I play."

Athlete · 10 Days In

"Absolutely has been beneficial to me. Feeling so much more confident in my ability to handle pressure and overall just move better."

Adil · More Confident Under Pressure

"I used your program for a month while recovering from a torn ACL. My handle increased drastically — I already had good handling but after the program I feel comfortable at games. Very good program for all levels."

COMMON QUESTIONS

How long does each session take?

About 30 minutes. Seven sessions, one per day. If a drill is really exposing you, stay on it longer — that is the point of the program, not finishing on schedule.

Do I need a full court or a gym?

Most of the work needs a ball and a flat surface with a little space. A few drills use half court and back for distance, so a court or driveway makes those easier — but the bulk of the program travels.

Do I need a partner?

Days 1 through 5 are fully solo. Day 6 includes one partner drill and Day 7 is built around live pressure — 1v1 and trap work — so you will want a teammate or a small group for that day. Everything before it you can run alone.

What level is this for?

Any level that is serious about the work. The drills scale by speed and challenge, not by difficulty tier — you find the intensity that makes you uncomfortable and train there. Beginners build feel, advanced handlers push pace and pressure.

How is this different from free YouTube drills?

Free drills give you moves. This gives you an order, a reason for each session, and a progression that builds specific qualities — playing low, cuff control, speed under pressure — instead of random reps that never carry into a game.

What happens after I pay?
